Lorna started her career as a chef moving on to be a leader for the world’s then largest weight loss organisation. During her time with Weight Watchers she progressed to the role of business development manager in the corporate sector. She has sold weight loss programmes everywhere from Collins street to mine sites in outback South Australia. Lorna loves all things tech, something that she got from her father and his love of his Amstrad computer. Fast forward to 2013, Lorna was on maternity leave with her 2nd daughter, rather than being at home she went to networking events with her partner and started to help him in his web dev business, with babe in arms. This business grew exceptionally during this time. Lorna has a natural flare for business strategy and networking, this was transferred to her clients. The type of client changed over these 3 years to include several household names. Late 2015 her partner had a major health issue, so early in 2016 the decision was made that she would return fulltime to the workforce, and close their digital agency. Lorna and her partner are focusing on his business www.tinbot.com.au, which provides small WordPress tasks and managed WordPress hosting. Lorna is working on the marketing for Tinbot. Matt runs the business as well as being a house dad for their three kids. Early in 2016 while Uber driving Lorna heard ads on the radio for Swinburne online. She is now doing a bachelor of business marketing with Swinburne online. She loves the flexibility this offers. In her spare time she spends time with her 3 children, 19 11 and 3, her parents and of course fiance Matt. Lorna is an keen knitter, and is often seen knitting in coffee shops around Melbourne. Lorna has a red standards poodle named Cyndi, and loves dreaming about building her dream mid century house at the ocean
